These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of EduPal Exams' mobile application, available at exam.edupal.lk and Google Play Store.
By downloading or using this app, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use EduPal Exams if you do not agree to all the terms and conditions stated on this page.
License
Unless otherwise stated, EduPal Exams and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on the app. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from EduPal Exams for your own personal use, subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
You must not:
- Republish material from EduPal Exams
- Sell, rent, or sub-license material from EduPal Exams
- Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from EduPal Exams
- Redistribute content from EduPal Exams
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
Subscription and Fees
To use this service, you need to pay a daily subscription fee through your mobile carrier (Dialog, Mobitel, Airtel, Hutch). The daily fee is Rs.6 + Tax.

Activation Method
1. Download EduPal app from Google Play Store or Visit exam.edupal.lk
2. Select your Grade
3. Select a Subject
4. Select a Lesson
5. Enter your Mobile Number.
6. Enter OTP.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. It is EduPal Exams' policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our app. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy at Privacy Policy.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate the subscription, please send an SMS as follows,

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall EduPal Exams, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
- Any content obtained from the Service;
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
